Beautiful spacious one-bedroom designer loft-style apartments in a converted 19th century building. All apartments are open plan, with a separate bedroom. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge, 4 gas/electric rings and washing machine. There are also sofabeds in the living area. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms and the bathrooms have either a shower or a bath, sometimes both. All the apartments have exposed brickwork, wooden floors and beams as well as heating, air-conditioning and satellite television. Each apartment contains several balconies overlooking the pretty streets and cafes of el Born.

Every apartment has access to the roof terrace.
